GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – With the New Green Deal and Governor Polis’ goal to move to 100% renewable resources, it seems like energy is on everyone’s mind.
But one local electric co-op has their own green goal in mind: to move to a 60% renewable energy mix by 2030.
Energy is used everyday to power countless objects in our daily lives. But consumers of Grand Valley Power will soon be using energy…that is just a little bit cleaner.
GVP just made a big announcement about their energy mix, and what’s going into it.They’re committing to provide a mix of energy that is 60 percent or more based on clean, renewable resources.
