Aflife Properties Limited, originally incorporated as Sinyuka Property Development Company in 2006, is a Zambian registered Property Management and Development Company, wholly owned by Aflife Holdings Limited. It has more than $60 million United States dollars’ worth of properties under management and a rolling annual development pipeline in excess of $20M.

The Company manages a number of property portfolios including high cost Residential Properties, Prominent Commercial Properties(Maanu Centre, Sanlam House, Society for Family Heath head office, Saturnia House Lusaka and Saturnia House Kitwe) to name a few, as well as Industrial Properties.
